BREEDING We stand three stallions at the present time. As the colts get better, we cull out by disposition first then gait. A pedigree is only a slight indicator and carries very little weight when it comes to selection criteria. I match the mare and stallion carefully. A friend of mine once said "you breed an idiot mare to an idiot stallion don't be surprised if the foal is an idiot". The first two pictures are of "Astro" he puts the gait on em. We bred him to some jennies to test his strength. He has a big motor but is gentle; would not breed him to a mare that already has a lot of go. The middle picture is "Dillon" he is a nice gaiting horse but tends to be a little pacy when you ask for speed. The last two pictures are of "Wishbone" he is my old stud that puts the smooth and calm on em. E-mail at rockinu2@cyberback.com or call 501-679-5499.
